Less than lethal weaponry is in constant use in these (false flag) domestic terrorism organized crime stalker campaigns. One such weapon is the high pitched tone which is specifically projected into usually the left ear of the target and is based on the highest frequency at which the target can hear (or their body responds) the tone and still have it be effective. Too high, for example, it doesn't have its intended affect. Too low, same thing. Recoding the high pitched tone is not hard if you know how. I have hours of loud, clear audio of this loud pitch tone. The tone is used for various purposes but is usually one of two things. One use is related to the stalkers' attempt to bypass the target's ear and implant thoughts or speak directly into the target's mind. Before you suck your teeth, this technology has been in use at least since 1974 and is declassified. This is one method of making the target believe God is talking to them. Yeah, whateva. Once you know what's going on, you can pretty much figure out you're NOT hearing God. The second use is to cause catastrophic health effects (starting with minor disturbances like intestinal disruptions and heart palpitations the target "gets used to"). Hence, these criminals can cause a heart attack, pulmonary embolism, aneurysm and weakness or pain in any area of the body.
