I ask each one of you to write your congressman, mayor or lawyer to demand that Landlord/Tenant Law be applied to all e-commerce rental agreements between eBay/Amazon and their sellers. It is time in the history of mankind that we gather and form a Union to protect the interests of ALL captive online sellers who pay their rent fees equally and on time but are threatened with losing thier account if they do not adhere to costly profit losing behaviors. Sellers who have 100% perfect feedback and pay on time are still blackmailed, threatened and extorted from in order to force us to lose our customer base, our brand and our control over e-shoplifter fraud against us. We are exactly the same as any other large group of people in the business world who are in a vulnerable location such as a storefront with set customer traffic and moving is detrimental to the business. Ebay threatens our financial welfare and our life sustaining interests that depend on that location, EBAY. This is why they give us no credit for having great customer service and products. Sellers HAVE ALWAYS brought the traffic in an equal rate as the landlord does. No store building, no place to sell goods. No place to sell goods no business for anyone. Ebay has the BEST traffic in their " Global strip Mall" and they charge fair and compatible rent. But they have ...

I would think it is going to have to be either class action suit or small claims. We need lawyers to get e-commerce law passed that gives sellers recognition as tenants and as legitimate business owners.

You are right! It is important still even though ebay has made it silly for me to sell internationally. I think that if we can get some government enforced foundational changes to the ebay/seller relationship definition, e-commerce will become much stro

International sales will come later once we get a handle on how eBay operates legally in the USA. The issue is that the buyer and seller must have the final say whether or not to do business. If fraud, e-shoplifting or illegal chargeback has occurred, we
