Save e-commerce from the mob. The USA had to make Landlord Tenant law back int he 30s to protect business owners from unscrupulous landlords. I ask each one of you to write your congressman, mayor or lawyer to demand that Landlord/Tenant Law be applied to all e-commerce rental agreements between eBay/Amazon and their sellers. It is time in the history of mankind that we gather and form a Union to protect the interests of ALL captive online sellers who pay their rent fees equally and on time but are threatened with losing thier account if they do not adhere to costly profit losing behaviors. Sellers who have 100% perfect feedback and pay on time are still blackmailed, threatened and extorted from in order to force us to lose our customer base, our brand and our control over e-shoplifter fraud against us. We are exactly the same as any other large group of people in the business world who are in a vulnerable location such as a storefront with set customer traffic and moving is detrimental to the business. Ebay threatens our financial welfare and our life sustaining interests that depend on that location, EBAY. This is why they give us no credit for having great customer service and products. Sellers HAVE ALWAYS brought the traffic in an equal rate as the landlord does. No store building, no place to sell goods. No place to sell goods no business for anyone.
