Shadow Man is a video game developed by Acclaim Studios Teesside and published by Acclaim Entertainment. The game was released in 1999 for the Nintendo 64, PlayStation, Dreamcast and PC. The main person in this game is Michael le Roi, a literate student who flunked through classes. one day in his cab a passenger get killed by a drive-by shooting and leaves on the bench a briefcase with an amount of $ 20.000. The money he took for himself and has spent on gifts and presents for his family in New Orleans and to co-finance an operation for his sick brother, Luke. all was quiet and peaceful, until one day the organized crime-members had located Mike and are making threats about killing him if he doesn't pay the money back. in order of this, Mike went to a bokor for protection, however this protection meant only for him because the rest of his family were killed by the murderous gang. Upon recovering from a coma and near-fatal injuries, Mike discovered he had lost his memory. The bokor tracked him down and collected the price for Mike's protection: Mike became his zombie slave, working under the pseudonym 'Zero'. Eventually, Mama Nettie, a powerful but dying voodoo priestess, arrived with several thugs to take revenge on the bokor for hits he had ordered against several of her gang members.
