Sean Dunagan, a former DEA analyst, says that we need to legalize and regulate all drugs to put a stop to organized crime and violence associated with the drug trade.     Allow and encourage marijuana users to grow their own, then maybe the violent gangs and cartels would have to find some other way to make billions of dollars. But this makes too much sense.
