Criminal Element is a suspenseful drama, based upon true events, about one man (Bill Frank) who got wedged between Federal Organized Crime Strike Force's most effective special agent (Richard Green), a zealot determined to get rid of the "scum" in his district by any means necessary and a charismatic client (Neville Warrick) whose business model was "know who to bribe and when to bribe".
