In this video the 3rd guy's face can clearly be seen. These are dangerous guys and have extorted a lot of money from other people in Ukraine, mainly in the Odessa region. I have been informed that they can kill and have many connections in the Police force here. Ukraine is indeed a very corrupt and lawlessness country where mafia influences run rife without any impediment. You can not report it to the Police because they are ones doing this!
