Gerry and Chris host a television show for local public access in Gerry's backyard... and Josh, the neighbor, hates the antics put on by The Show and tries to stop production... only to have the Dutch Organized Crime Family come and buy Gerry's house stopping The Show... but not before Gerry begins pre-production on his first feature film "War Story"... and at some point Chris looses the explosives meant for filming... which blows up Josh... and oh yeah, a producer comes to town who thinks he can bring Gerry's local program national...
