These wonderful peasant women have shared their food with migrants who come by train from different parts of Latin América. These migrants are always hungry and cold, making them targets of organized crime. These women started doing this humanitarian work 17 years ago. They didn´t have plenty for their own family, but they were willing to share what they had with those who had less. Everyday they cook fresh beans and rice, pack the food in plastic bags, and wait for the train carrying the migrants to pass by their home town.
