Rummaging around looking for photos of all of the tape, and kept running into photos that had been messed with, like a blue heart, and of course the famous one they wished they had........of tape sticking to the skull/mouth area---but that was done up just to hopefully confuse and imprint the jury into thinking that was how the tape was found. To deliberately order the crime scene photographer to not take the shot has allowed the invest. to create a new reality instead of the one they were stuck with. It's not quite tampering with evidence, but awful close.
