9/25/2012 the SF Board of Supervisors approved a new "Successor Agency" to the now historic San Francisco Redevelopment Agency. The new Redevelopment Organization Board (ROB) finally made it thru with a 6 to 5 vote after Malia Cohen changed her vote from a vote that would have protected the neighborhood interests into a vote for the Mayor, his Real Estate Developer friends, Willie Brown's Cronies, and the Banks. Very few if any, care about our City. I have spoken over and over since early spring of this year, that San Francisco needs to broadcast the Public Housing Commission meetings where Mayor Ed Lee's Commissioners oversee the work and administration of the San Francisco Housing Authority. There are 49 huge projects that Willie Brown's corrupt crew of thieves are pushing hard to "privitize." My idea is simple: Video the Meetings of the SFHA/SFPHC and broadcast them on SFGov TV. I met with David Campos on this back in the spring of 2012. David Campos is who pushed thru the law that made the Ethics Commission Meetings public. The whole City watched the Sheriff Mirkarimi hearings on SFGov TV due to that new law. So I asked Campos to repeat and push thru a law to make the Housing Authority Meetings public on TV.
