Wannabe Bulgarian Kidnapper Arrested in Spain

Spanish Civil Guard have arrested six members of an organized crime group including one Bulgarian. The group was planning to kidnap two businessman from the Costa del Sol district. It consists of four Spaniards, one Bulgarian, and one Swede.
