Twice as many Ukrainian visas point towards human trafficking

In the past twelve months, the number of visas issued by Malta to Ukrainians has doubled according to Foreign Affairs Ministry figures quoted by the Times. This raises concerns as to whether prostitution rings operated by the Ukrainian Mafia use Malta for human trafficking.
