Trooper's suit against state police dismissed; continues against NYPD and prosecutors

WHITE PLAINS — A trooper's federal lawsuit that claimed New York State Police officials wrongly used wiretapped conversations from a probe of an organized crime figure to bring charges against him has been dismissed.
