Tijuana Police Chief’s Bodyguards Among Group Detained For Alleged Organized Crime Ties

Seven more Tijuana policemen have been detained for their alleged ties to organized crime. Authorities say the arrests stem from the interrogation of an ex-policeman who was picked up last week.
