Decatur Police, ABC round up over a hundred arrests for drugs

DECATUR, AL (WAFF) - In August 2009, Agents with the Decatur Police Departments Organized Crime Unit (DPD OCU) and Alabama Beverage Control Board (ABC) began an undercover operation focusing on the unlawful distribution of controlled substances in the Decatur area.
