Texoma Man Charged For Having Crack Cocaine

A Texoma man is facing drug charges. Wichita Falls Police Department's Organized Crime Unit ran a search warrant in the 2200 block of Talunar. Larry Williams, 22, was stopped leaving the residence, just prior to warrant entry.
