Sports betting probe focuses on Scranton State Office Building

A computer expert working at the Scranton State Office Building ran a sports bookmaking operation that operated several football and basketball pools out of the fourth-floor office of the State Workers' Insurance Fund, according to an investigation by the state police organized crime task force.
