Spanish Popular party hit by graft scandal

A widening corruption scandal involving a suspected mastermind with the mafia nickname Don Vito on Wednesday threatened to cripple Spain’s opposition Popular party, with PP officials complaining that the party was losing the opportunity of the economic crisis to attack the governing Socialists.
