Serbia's president urges more co-operation and EU help in fighting Balkan organized crime

Serbia's president has urged more Balkan co-operation and EU support in fighting organized crime that flourished here during the wars of the 1990s'. Boris Tadic says his country now has "full institutional capacity" to deal with crime bosses and networks.
