U.K. Said to Scrutinize S.&N. Trades in Insider Case

Seven men were arrested last week by the F.S.A. and the Serious Organized Crime Agency in connection with the allegations. Though many of the men may not have known each other, they are suspected of working in what authorities have called “a sophisticated and long-running insider dealing ring.”
