Roseland man admits mob ties, racketeering

NEWARK, N.J. (AP) — A former government investigator in northern New Jersey has pleaded guilty to a federal racketeering conspiracy charge. Acting U.S. Attorney Ralph J. Marra says 56-year-old Ralph Cicalese of Roseland acknowledged being part of the Gambino organized crime family from 2002 to 2008.
