Rhino poaching is organized crime: South African prosecutor

Signaling a tough new approach to rhino poaching in South Africa, the head of the country's National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) organized crime unit, Johan Kruger, says all rhino poaching will in future be classified as organized crime.
