Restitution an open question after Dryer sentencing

Denver District Court Judge Anne Mansfield closed the book on Fredric “Rick” Dryer Feb. 20, sentencing the founder of Mile High Capital Group LLC to 132 years in prison on charges of securities fraud, theft and violation of Colorado’s organized crime laws. Dryer also was ordered to pay $3.4 million in restitution.
