Recaptured Federal Inmate To Be Arraigned Wednesday

A re-captured federal escapee who was the subject of a massive manhunt in Woodford County for three days earlier this month will be arraigned in federal court Wednesday morning.   A federal grand jury indicted Derek Capozzi on a charge of escape.
