Oregon Trail maker suing Zynga over game name

The Learning Co., a division of Boston-based publisher Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, is suing Zynga Inc., maker of the popular Facebook games "Mafia Wars" and "Farmville," over the use of the name “Oregon Trail” in an upcoming release.
