Officials: Key figure in La Eme arrested on extortion charges

LOS ANGELES - Sheriff's detectives arrested a key figure in the Mexican Mafia on suspicion of extortion, authorities confirmed Friday. Ralph "Perico" Rocha, 42, of Pomona is being held in lieu of $4 million bail in the Men's Central Jail, according to court records.
