Newport News authorities bust drug ring

NEWPORT NEWS - Following a lengthy undercover narcotic operation, detectives assigned to the Newport News Police Department’s Organized Crime Division, a Newport News Grand Jury indicted 33 persons on charges related to the distribution of heroin and cocaine.
