Mob Thief Scalise Under House Arrest

Mobbed-up thief Joseph Jerry “The Monk” Scalise, who infamously stole the Marlborough Diamond in London and has been tied to Chicago organized crime murders, was ordered released from custody Tuesday despite efforts by prosecutors to keep him behind bars.
