Memphis police cite drag racers, tow 19 vehicles in weekend bust

A Memphis police investigation of drag racing led to 19 vehicles being towed to the city lot this weekend.Officers with the organized crime unit issued 17 misdemeanor citations and one juvenile summons Saturday as part of the probe, which focused on the area of B.F.
