U.S. Marshals arrest Spokane fugitive in Florida

SPOKANE, Wash.—A fugitive wanted to leading organized crime in Spokane was arrested on the other side of the country. The U.S. Marshals Florida Regional Task Force arrested Ronald Foreman, 45, Wednesday in White Springs, Florida.  A warrant was issued for Foreman in Spokane in December.
