6 ex-Magdalo men freed but sued

A regional trial court judge on Saturday ordered the release of six former soldiers linked to the 2003 Oakwood mutiny after the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission and the Bureau of Immigration sued them for violation of the anti-terror law.
