Local update: 5:18 p.m., Organized crime indictment made public

Another indictment, alleging a Greenville man was engaged in organized crime as part of a local street gang, has been made public. The engaging in organized criminal activity indictment, filed against Martin Rioz Jr., 20, was unsealed Monday during a hearing in the 196th District Court.
