Leaked report: US envoy called former Honduran leader 'rebellious teenager' with crime ties

MEXICO CITY (AP) — A leaked diplomatic document from a U.S. diplomat who was leaving his post as ambassador to Honduras describes that country's since ousted President Manuel Zelaya as a "rebellious teenager" with organized crime links.
