Killers fate in hands of jurors

Jurors began deliberating Thursday if a Riverside man should live or die for carrying out a hit ordered by the Mexican Mafia and attempting to order the killings of witnesses through a jail deputy he loved. George Anthony Hernandez Jr., 33, held tissues in his tattooed hands and wiped his eyes Thursday morning when his attorney described Hernandez's value to his son and family.
