Juárez mayor confronts feds: 'You don't rule city'

In response to the confrontation that erupted between Juárez Mayor Héctor Murguía and Mexican federal police Wednesday afternoon, officials of Mexico's Department of Public Safety said the mayor's bodyguards looked like "organized crime gunmen."
