Italian Authorities Arrest Mafia Suspects
Italian police Monday arrested 35 suspected members of the Calabrian 'Ndrangheta Mafia and seized assets worth about $2.5 million, officials said. ANSA reported the suspects were being investigated for mafia conspiracy, extortion, illegal waste disposal and drug trafficking.
