Home ministry afraid of own shadow: NCP

PANAJI: The state unit of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) has stated that the home ministry "is afraid of its own shadow" and said that only intervention by a central investigating agency will be able to break the strangle-hold that the drug mafia wields over Goa's politicians and police force.
