`SP hand in attack on minister'

Agencies Lucknow, July 17: UP Chief Minister Mayawati on Saturday hit back at opposition parties, which had questioned her handling of law and order after an attack on a minister, and alleged the incident was a desperate act by mafia elements who were patronised by the Samajwadi Party.
