Governor: NL needs help amid violence

NUEVO LAREDO — The social, economic and tourism dynamics of this beleaguered border city have collapsed in the wake of violence between warring organized crime groups, said Tamaulipas Gov. Eugenio Hernandez Flores on Monday.
