Godwin: 'Agreement' wasn't followed when Bartlett cops shot man in Memphis

Memphis Police Director Larry Godwin said a "gentleman's agreement" to notify the MPD's Organized Crime Unit about operations inside the city was not followed by the Bartlett Police Department in a March incident that turned deadly.
