Four arrested for defrauding car rental firms

FOUR men have been arrested and charged with several counts of breaches of the Cybercrimes Act, conspiracy to defraud, uttering forged documents, larceny of motor vehicles and obtaining money by false pretense, following investigations by detectives from the Organized Crime Investigation Division (OCID).
