Office of the Comptroller of Currency says lifting 10-year ban would harm the public. Federal banking regulators said they had no choice but to bar Louis DeNaples from returning to his Scranton-area bank after he was ''prosecuted for failing, under oath, to disclose his association with organized crime figures,'' according to a legal brief filed Friday in federal court.
