FBI: Organized Crime Not Even In St. Louis' Top Threats

The FBI's outgoing special agent in St. Louis says fundraising for terrorist activities is one of the top three threats in the eastern Missouri region. FBI Special Agent John Gillies outlined his top three threats in one of his last interviews before leaving to head the Miami division.
