FBI Informant Details Mexican Mafia's Control Over Prisons

Authorities are calling Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility in the South Bay a profit center for organized crime, and an informant for the FBI told 10News how the Mexican Mafia controls local street gangs from inside local prisons.
