FBI agent meets with gang commission

GRANGER -- Street gangs in the state and the nation are starting to look more like the Mafia of old. They coordinate over state lines, cooperate with each other and engage in an ever-increasing diversity of crimes, ranging from black market electronics to human trafficking to mortgage fraud.
