EXTRA: Heroin charges; Kasich running; GM bankruptcy

SHERIFF SEEKING RACKETEERING CHARGES AGAINST SUSPECTS: First-degree felony organized crime charges are being considered against a Marietta man and woman who were charged Friday with trafficking in heroin. Washington County Sheriff Larry Mincks said David S. Burns, 32, and Christina R. Hines, 38, both of 832 Third St., are "significant sources" in the local heroin trade.
