NY cops nab 18 mafia suspects

NEW YORK - POLICE have arrested 18 alleged associates of New York's Luchese organised crime family on racketeering charges, law enforcement authorities said on Thursday. The wave of arrests overnight, with a 19th man still on the run, marked the authorities' latest blow against New York's historic five Italian mafia families.
