Civella pleads guilty in gambling case

A member of the family that once headed organized crime in Kansas City pleaded guilty this morning to running an illegal gambling enterprise. Vincent F. Civella, 53, of Kansas City also agreed to forfeit $40,000 in gambling proceeds to the federal government.
