Cicero police probed for alleged efforts to thwart FBI surveillance

CHICAGO (AP) — The Cicero Police Department is being investigated for allegedly trying to disrupt FBI surveillance of an organized crime associate and ranking member of a motorcycle gang who operated a pawn shop in the city.
