Chief Minister has surrendered to Lottery Mafia; Congress

Thiruvananthapuram, Feb 21 : The Congress in Kerala today alleged Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan had surrendered to the Lottery Mafia and claimed that he concealed the letter, from the Home Ministry, related to a CBI inquiry into the issue for 'helping the lottery mafia.'
